Directory and submission data
We collect the artist and studio details, portfolio URLs, biography, location, declarations and contact details you submit. Public listings display approved information. Submission contact email and phone remain private. Listed profiles do not display street address, phone, email or booking URLs.
Verification documents
License and facility-permit documents are stored in private storage, accessible only to authorised reviewers through short-lived links. They are used only to verify studio or professional status, and deleted 30 days after a decision. A daily cleanup may take up to 24 additional hours. Review records may remain to document the decision.
Accounts and security
Accounts are used for claims and administration. We log hashed network identifiers, hourly form counters and blocked attempts to prevent abuse. Do not send information you do not have permission to share.
Contact forms and analytics
Information sent through contact or correction forms is used to respond and maintain the directory. The site uses Google Analytics when configured to measure visits and usage; your browser and Google may process usage and device information. Saved artwork collections remain in your browser.
Your choices and removal
Request correction or removal using the directory request form or Contact page. Valid removal requests are handled within 7 days. You can request access to or deletion of your submission information through Contact. Necessary security or decision records may be retained where appropriate.
